Skype stops development version for Linux?



Alex Uralov, quality assurance engineer software from Skype’s office in Tallinn, Estonia issued internal company information and stated that due to some disagreement in the leadership, management company have decided to discontinue development of Skype for Linux.The decision, according Uralov, due to the fact that they do not consider the development of this version of the perspective.

More information on the issue, unfortunately, is not known.

The decision, however, probably not final.Alex said that Skype attaches great importance to feedback from its users, and if even a few people send a letter asking the company to continue the further development of the version for Linux, perhaps a chance to revive her development

The current version for Linux will continue to work as usual.
