No D-Grunts. No Gomos.
These are the disgruntled and those who go through the motions.
We’ve all been there (me too). But D-grunts and Gomos stay there (complaining, watching the clock, entitled, not selling and making things happen).
It’s not an overnight thing (becoming a D-grunt or Gomo). It’s the small choices we make (or don’t make) each day that lead us there.
It’s hard to bring back a hardcore D-grunt or Gomo but…
You can encourage someone who’s on the fence (and remind them that it’s much more fun on this side). One way is to remind them that…
With everything, there’s a line.
On one side of the line is a greater chance to make good things happen (better results, better relationships, more responsibility). On the other side, there’s less of a chance.
And with each line, there’s a choice… (listen and watch my quick presentation and if you like it, pass it on)

Then, enjoy this 1-minute from Nike (gets me motivationally teary-eyed every time).
Then, go sell something.
